Vietnam Government needs to send an official letter to 'btcvn@coinsgov.org' to apply for transaferring ownership of the reserved coins. The letter should include a Vietnam Government controlled BTCVN address. After verified and coins transfered, the letter and the adddress will be published here.

Bitcoin Vietnam ("BTCVN") is a decentralized cryptocurrency with large percentage of mined coins reserved for Vietnam Government to claim and hold.
Based on Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Vietnam has the same level of code security as Bitcoin.
